The Pinnacle Awards recognize top-performing contractors within the Owens Corning Roofing Platinum Preferred Contractor Network who demonstrate excellence across key value-driven performance pillars, including safety, sustainability, community, and innovation.

Set at a company-hosted soccer tournament, the video captures genuine emotion and real connection as crews and their families came together for a day of food, prizes, and activities outside of the jobsite.
Held annually since 2021, the event began as a grassroots effort led by Janney Roofing’s Sales Team, who organized and fundraised to bring it to life. Over time, it has grown into a company-wide initiative, with the Production and Admin teams joining to help coordinate, execute, and actively support the event. What started as an idea has become a shared tradition that brings the entire company together in recognition of the people behind the work.
